Let’s welcome the New Year and give ourselves gifts by creating floral arrangements. Flowers brighten our lives and lift our spirits. And we certainly all need something to lift us up after the holidays! We are pleased to have Allison Hassard guide us in creating a lovely floral arrangement. AiFD Certified, Allison began her  career in the industry at just 16 years old. Allison found her home with  Frugal Flower 28 years ago, and today she oversees the company’s  wedding business. She is considered a female MacGyver and her happy  place is creating beautiful backdrops and  focal feature structures for  her and her team’s unparalleled floral designs. She received her  wedding certification in 2021. She will be our guide to selecting fresh flowers and designer for arranging them.
