Responsibilities
Each active member is responsible for:
· • serving on a committee
· • participating in the annual fundraiser or serve on an additional committee
· • providing Library Flowers (or plant) for one week
Guidelines for Library Flowers
· • serving as a Tea Hostess for one monthly meeting
Members unable to serve when they are scheduled are responsible for contacting and exchanging duties with another member. Also, you may exchange responsibilities with another member so that you provide Library Flowers twice in a year, and not serve as a Tea Hostess or vice versa.
When an exchange occurs, the members involved are responsible for notifying the appropriate coordinators.
